Your use of our Service, Trailmark Web Software and the Trailmark Mobile app is voluntary. In order to access some Trailmark features you must provide Trailmark some basic personal information. For example, you may be required to enter some or all of your: (i) first name and last name; (ii) email address; (iii) mailing address; (iv) telephone numbers; and (v) organization information. As an administrator of your Trailmark Web Software account you can also manage user accounts ("data collectors") including their email addresses and names.

By using our Service or requesting that we provide the Service to you, you agree to disclose certain personal information to us and authorize us to use and disclose your personal information pursuant to the provisions of this privacy policy.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal data and that of your data collectors, we cannot guarantee the security of your data while it is being transmitted to our service; therefore all transmission of data is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.

We may also record information about your use of our Service, such as your IP address, your click history, the times and dates at which you access our Service, and the particular portions of the Service you use while you are visiting our websites (including and/or using the Trailmark app. Your personal information remains your property at all times, subject to the permission uses granted hereunder. We may analyze traffic to the site in various ways.

When you use Trailmark Mobile for data collection the mobile app stores your location data and sends it to the Trailmark back-end via an Application Programming Interface (API). We also collect IP addresses of devices accessing our services in our server logs, as well as information such as internet domains, the date and time of a visit, and the pages accessed on the Service. This information is used solely for diagnostic and analytical purposes in order to improve our Service.

We use cookies to enable a better user experience when you work with the Trailmark web application. Most browsers support disabling cookies, but please be aware that certain portions of the web application may not work as intended if you do so.

To opt-out of all further contact initiated by us, and to forestall our further use or disclosure of your personal information, email any time. Opting out of all communication in this manner means that you must discontinue all use of the Service.
